Exchange & Return Policy

Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, for in-stock items. All items are non-refundable except in the case of a product defect or an error on our part. Pre-order items are not eligible for size exchange.

1. Not sure of your size?

Before you order, message us with your height and a few reference photos and we'll help you find the right fit — on Line/Instragram @fairylicense, or by email at fairylicense@gmail.com.

2. Size exchange conditions

Exchanges aren't available if your requested size is out of stock, or if the item was a pre-order. The piece must be returned unworn, in its original condition.

3. Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives with a defect or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo or short video within 7 days of receiving it, with the item in its original condition and unworn. We'll arrange a replacement, or a refund where a replacement isn't possible, and cover the return shipping.
