Delivery

Most of our pieces are made for you during pre-order, so they take a little time. Pre-order pieces are typically dispatched in 25–45 days, and always within 60 days of your order — the window for each piece is shown on its product page, and tracking lands in your inbox the moment we ship.

Thailand — sent via Thailand Post, with free shipping on orders over ฿2,000.

International — sent via DHL Express. Import duties and local taxes aren't included in the price; they're set by your country's customs and paid on delivery. DHL will let you know the amount before your parcel is released.

Exchange & return policy

Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, for in-stock items. All items are non-refundable except in the case of a product defect or an error on our part. Pre-order items are not eligible for size exchange.

Size exchange conditions

Exchanges aren't available if your requested size is out of stock, or if the item was a pre-order. The piece must be returned unworn, in its original condition.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives with a defect or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo or short video within 7 days of receiving it, with the item in its original condition and unworn. We'll arrange a replacement, or a refund where a replacement isn't possible, and cover the return shipping.
