When will my order arrive?
Most of our pieces are made for you during pre-order, so they take a little time. Pre-order pieces are typically dispatched in 25–45 days, and always within 60 days of your order. The window for each piece is shown on its product page, and tracking lands in your inbox the moment we ship.
Why pre-order?
We make in small, considered runs rather than overproducing. Each style takes real time to come together, we search out the right fabric technology, then design the piece around how it performs. Pre-order lets us make yours once it's ready, so what reaches you has been properly considered, with nothing left sitting in stock that never finds a home.
Where do you ship?
Thailand and across 【Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines】. Thai orders ship via Thailand Post, with free shipping over ฿2,000; international orders go via DHL Express.
Will I pay customs or duties?
On international orders, possibly. Import duties and local taxes aren't included in the price, they're set by your country's customs and paid on delivery. DHL will let you know the amount before your parcel is released.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has the full size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us before you order,
on Line @fairylicense or at fairylicense@gmail.com — with your height and a few reference photos, and we'll help you choose the right fit.
Can I exchange or return?
Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, for in-stock items. Pre-order pieces aren't eligible for size exchange. Anything that arrives faulty or incorrect, we'll replace, or refund where a replacement isn't possible. Full details are on our Exchange & Return page.
How should I care for my pieces?
Treat her gently ,【cold wash, hang dry, no fabric softener; confirm your care line】. Full care notes are on the inside label and each product page.
